At 7Artisans, we stand behind the precision and quality of our optical products. If you are not fully satisfied with your lens or accessory, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original 7Artisans packaging, including all lens caps, hoods, manuals, and protective padding to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
